At the moment you can only buy tickets online. No tickets are sold at the entrance of our festival locations. To visit FIBER Festival physically you need an entrance ticket as well as a time reservation.
Can’t be there in person? The FIBER Festival 2020 conference programme will be livestreamed and complemented with talks and screenings on Friday (25/9) and Saturday (26/9). Why donate?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic FIBER was forced to postpone the 5th festival edition to the end of September. Initially it was planned to happen in May, and would include several evenings of music, audiovisual performances, conferences and networking programmes.
We decided to create an adapted festival programme that offers space for both discussions about instability and the presentation of the work of talented artists. The visibility of their work is now needed and we want to continue supporting them. They tell stories about a new world or let us experience the current one in totally different ways.
Help us payback the investments
This year we focus on the free online conference programme, an exhibition and a closing music programme. But organizing an online event and a physical exhibition in the present COVID-19 reality is new territory. It’s uncertain and it takes a lot of time and own investments. Especially in the area of public income, there are many uncertainties and risks. Because we want to reach as many people as possible, we decided to make the access to the online programme based on a donation.
